We’ve seen Iggy lock up LeBron time and time again in the NBA playoffs. Would be a smart decision seeing as Iggy has been fresh. Another long, athletic and smart defender to make LeBron’s job harder and he has great chemistry with the former death lineup so it makes perfect sense.

Warriors can go 8 men deep.

Looney
Green
Wiggins
Klay
Steph
Iguodala
Payton
Poole

They can throw Green, Iggy, Wiggins, Klay at LeBron at various points.

They need to be worried about how to stop AD.

Lol iggy is not who he used to be and while lebron is not even 2021 Bron...he's still better than iggy.

This lakers team has better depth and doesn't freak out when he's not in the lineup.

Looney and green on AD is key. I think you see wenyan Gabriel play more.

Dude looks washed though.

Kerr might try something like that without any other options...but Iguodala probably wont even be needed. What will be interesting, though, is how the Lakers will defend Curry and Klay. D'Angelo with the tallest of orders there lol

D'Angelo on klay. Reaves on curry with ham looking to get the ball out of his hand.

It’s nice to have Iggy out there even if it’s just for 15 minutes a night to spell Wiggins, Klay or Green. You would be able to count on his finals MVPesque lockdown defense. He’s proven himself against LeBron time and again.

Yeah no shit. No one is claiming Iggy is better than LeBron. But he has given LeBron major problems in the playoffs. Let’s not pretend you’re not a terrified LeBron fan.

As washed as Iggy is he's fast enough to guard him at this stage of his career lol. I wouldn't mind seeing it. I think Lakers might actually play Poole off the court in this series.

That's fine with me just no more poole. Divencenzo and GPII and Moody should get all his minutes.

Warriors fans sure are glad you’re not their coach. Jesus :lol

Agreed. Poole has played like a scared rookie. Time to bring in the veteran Iggy and watch him work

Warriors benefit from playing Iggy in place of Poole.

This is one of the dumbest topics I've read on ish this year. This guys has clearly not watched a single Warrior game with Iggy the past 2 seasons

His spiritual presence is one of the main reasons why the warriors remain relevant as title contenders in the league rn. But current on-court impact? Damn, op must be pretty stupid to not realize that iggy's already a grandpa at this point. :facepalm

Lebron doesn't iso and pnr enough to slow him down. He already plays methodical.

He can’t play any worse than Poole has.

No one cares about Lebron in the playoff lol. He can keep going 1-9 for 3's

Lakers will go as far as AD carries them

He's played 8 games this season for a total on 113 minutes.
