Last 13 playoff games - 23/9/6/1/1 on 47/28/66 splits. 54.5 TS%, 19.4 PER, 6.6 BPM
Yes he hasn't been fully healthy these last two playoff runs, but that's what happens when you get old. Your body breaks down and you struggle to make it through the whole season/playoffs.
Hopefully our hero and the GOAT can squeeze out one more ring this year.

Its possible he was slightly rushed back.
Cant make the call on this yet until next season. He might come back with a bounce in his step.
Of course he might even find life these playoffs again. Cant rule anything out with him.
Im wondering, with the series being every 2nd day, if the lakers go up 2-0 somehow, if they should just rest him in game 3.

Prime Lebron was lottery in 2019 as a GOAT candidate, while you guys knock rookie MJ for making the playoffs long before he was ever considered for GOAT
I think this run hurts Lebron's goat case because people can see that his ring quality is inferior
it's also a fake debate because Lebron's ranking has been distorted by manufacturing a resume in the East

You crazy bro :oldlol: Nah, you put the stake through their heart and do whatever it takes to go up 3-0 and put them away. You do not let a championship team like this hang around under any circumstances.

the thing is, what if he is tired and lingers on every game? what if he would just be half assing it in that game 3 and the following games since he actually desperately needs a rest? might have him fresh for the rest of the series if you sit him there. and i dont think thats a guaranteed loss either.
He’s injured. That said he’s not in his prime regardless but idk why everyone is pretending he’s healthy.

He hasn't been in his true prime in a while. For a few years now he had been conserving energy throughout the game and not always playing with the hustle that made him a dominant defensive force like he was at his best. That he's still an excellent player when healthy (right now he is not) is a testament to how great he truly is.

NBA endurance is crazy. I'm only 32 but get winded after a pickup game. It's amazing how these guys keep their stamina up after so much wear and tear.

Was bound to happen at some point...
The more Bron ages the more we'll see him play hurt. With nagging injuries and whatnot. It happened with most of the greats, so ya, he isn't the exception.

finish series early.... rest more later, while hoping for a 7gm opposing series.

He spends millions a year on PEDs..its not crazy at all

Typing through the tears.
he's still 6'8 with the vision to create looks for his teammates and the strength to finish inside.
he's got a lot left in the tank.
He needs more rest every now and then.
got that cardio still staying lean, and can run and defend all game if it's a playoff game,
warriors are no joke but I like this laker teams chances to win the series, and win it all,

Look how bad Lebron was in the 2021 First Round after AD spotted him a 2-1 lead - he gets blown away for 3 straight games by an 17-point average margin, yet he only averages 26 ppg - his team needed more and he couldn't give it, which is just like the 2014 Finals and numerous other series where he lacked sufficient scoring.. he's never been the caliber of scorer that can carry weak teammates or production over top teams.
