Get rid of Jordan Poole somehow.

That's it. He's being paid way too much for his level of production. 2022 looks to have been a fluke; I'm not sure he'll ever get back to that - not with Draymond there, anyways.

And if this season definitely showed us is that Draymond, whether you like him or not, is vital to this team. More than Jordan Poole. And as for Klay? He showed some stuff this year. I think you keep him; try to get him to accept a lesser contract. I doubt they'll be bidding with anyone else.

Keep Draymond and Looney. They're winners. Find some way to magically get off Jordan's contract.

They need to add size. LA beat them up in the paint.

I don't know why they didn't pick up a Dwight Howard or Hassan Whiteside. Someone just for certain matchups.

I would consider trading klay too

Kerr is too in love with Looney. He has no shot blocking ability and is too slow

Grass isn't always greener. They just need to re-tool, most of their bench is unplayable.

Get rid of Poole and the other youth and add some size. Wiseman turning in to a bust was crippling for them.

Klay is the problem.

He isn't capable of being 2nd option anymore.

He had 1 good game out of 6 vs the Lakers.

Too many injuries.

To be honest, it won't matter what they do if Draymond decides to leave. You can't replace his leadership & defensive play on the court, people also underrate how good of a playmaker he is. Him and Steph have all-time great chemistry on those pick and rolls.

Warriors defense was already slipping this season, I can only imagine how bad it will get if he leaves. Klay can't play defense anymore. Curry is "meh" on that end and Poole is trash on that end.

they were the most dominant when they had Javale McGee. He protected the rim and didn't let many opposing bigs dominate the boards. Sure, he wasn't great offensively, but he did just enough to keep his defender honest.

I think Klay is frustrated and wants a change of scenery.

Poole is lou Williams.

Warriors just need another solid big and PF

Andrew Bogut was such a valuable piece for GSW pre-KD. It's the one thing the post-KD Warriors have lacked: a quality center. Bogut could protect the rim at an elite level, rebound, set GOAT illegal screens, and pass as well as any big at the time. He gave them stylistic/lineup flexibility; Draymond and Bogut was a crazy defensive duo.

Nobody touching Poole and that contract, he isn't even on the same level as a Lou Will, J Crawford, Jordan Clarkson, Jason Terry, ect. Warriors will have to eat more salary or pay high. Package Poole+Klay or Poole+Draymond(not going to happen).

2023 Warriors HUGE drop-off from 2022.

Everyone besides Steph who was maybe slightly better.

Warriors in trouble.

Dray will opt out looking for more bread.

Klay wants the max.

Poole ain’t it.

No depth.

The Warriors can be fixed but will need Rob Pelinka type moves to do it.

You guys understand Warriors are 1a-1b with the Clippers with the highest NBA payroll right with Clippers $600k more. Next year Warriors will be #1 at 200m with Clippers being seconds at 180m. Draymond will be pick up his 27m option for next year im sure. Poole's new 120m contract starts next year as well averaging 32m a year for 4 years HAHA! So people saying, "They just need a solid big who can defend", they dont just fall off trees, they will need to get rid of salary(players) or luck out in the off season and get someone decent with the vet min.

Honestly they should look to trade both Klay and Poole and surround Steph & Dray with better role players/depth. Klay is on an expiring contract next season at 43M which means you could trade him anywhere and re-tool like the Lakers did. Poole is someone they might not want to give up on after 1 bad season but they gotta move at least one of those guys, and you can't touch Steph & Draymond IMO.

As someone else said, stupid move not grabbing some cheap bigs, Dwert, whiteside, boogie, anyone.. looney is too slow.
Klay is good once every 5 or 6 games now, he needs to be a 6th man type at this point.

No one is taking Poole he’s dog shit. Not on that horrendous contract.

Best case grab some cheap bigs and some 3 and D type guys for the bench. They really miss the days of Livingston and Iggy, bogut etc.. still a good core with curry, dray and wiggy but the bench is trash

They should run it 1 more time and then break it up.

The market for Poole is dead like Ben Simmons market.

Klay just laid a huge egg but its worth running him out 1 more time.

Agree 100%. Front office went from "Strength in Numbers" to "So long as we have the nucleus, nothing else matters".

Big mistake. The likely big men in the conf. finals this year- Embiid, Adebayo, Jokic, and Anthony Davis. Warriors need at least someone who can stay in front of those guys. Bob Myers may be a genius in some respects but he has blind spots.

There is something broken with the Warriors that goes beyond personnel.
