That's an improvement. Last year he blamed Harden. It seemed in the past he often passed the buck when his team was ousted out of the playoffs.
Maybe winning the MVP removed his insecurity and now he can act more like a leader should and accept responsibility when the team doesn't perform. A good development for him.

He’ll not sniff another MVP after the racist vote, and this latest meltdown. Stick a fork in him.

Or rather the vote that got racists exposing themselves.

He needs to lose weight if he wants to keep playing like he does.
He could also just learn how to shoot hook shots and get good position.
If only he didn't turn into this in a pivotal g7 do-or-die affair. :confusedshrug:

he passed blame to everyone else too with the 2 on 5, vs 5 on 5 comment.
Doc is gone, Harden likely leaving for FA.

Joel got his MVP. Once he got that I get the feeling he didn't believe this team could beat Boston

:lol What blame?
“I can’t win alone. Me and James [Harden], we just can’t win alone. That’s why basketball is played 5-on-5.”
And this after this loser finished the G7 with 15p, on 5/18, and Harden 9p, on 3/11. :lol:facepalm
They were the worst players of the 76ers

Embiid is still an insecure bitch. No glass award is going to change that.

Every year it’s the same thing with this guy. He comes in to the season out of shape, his stamina at the end of games is always suspect, still not a good passer out of double teams, still likes to dribble too much and play far from the basket. He has his big regular season games and will show up for a handful of postseason games. But when the screws are put to him, he shrinks. He and Harden are made for each other, ugly games that depend on living at the free throw line, low bbiq, and disappear when most needed. When they where down double digits to the Celtics yesterday, Harden and Embiid were coming down and passing the ball to Melton and House to get the shots!!
Can’t imagine being a fan of these two.
