He's going to be 32 next season so he still has at least one run in him. I thought he looked pretty much like his prime self in the Heat series for the most part.

I don't see how Kuzma fits the Bucks any better as he's a worse shooter. Kuz is great at everything else but his 3 is too streaky to be a #2 option on that team. He is clutch and plays hard on both ends though.

I think it's more likely the Warriors trade Poole for Kuz. He'd be a great fit in GS.
