I think it favors the Nuggets pretty clearly if the matchup does come to pass, Bam cant really exploit Jokic’s defense and I think Denver has enough perimeter athleticism to bother Miami’s shooters. Meanwhile I dont think Miami will be particularly suited to slowing down Denver.

That said, neither series is over. If a team goes up 3-0 Ill be more or less ready to call it for them, but not yet.

No shot the Nuggets would do a better job defensively than the Bucks or Celtics, who the Heat have been destroying on a consistent basis in these POs. Jokic doesn't move and MPJ & Murray aren't good enough to get up on shooters on a consistent basis. It would be a tough series and I'd give Miami a legitimate shot at winning in 6/7 games if it were to happen, but I don't think either team is going up 3 - 0 in their series in the Conference Finals so we should pump the brakes here.

Zeller and Adebayo against the Joker is pretty one-sided. If I were Spo I'd put Butler on Murray and not ask for many points but lockdown defense. Like seriously lockdown, limiting Murray to an average of 15 or less point on 35% shooting. Jokic they have no hope of stopping. The rest of the team, maybe. But it's hard to imagine the Heat can keep up in the scoring department. 98 points per game won't cut it, there is no chance they can keep the Nuggets under 100 points in a series.

nuggets defense is abysmal though. if the heat can continue playing their great defense, the game isn't so lopsided in favor of denver.

Jokic and Butler have been the best players in the playoffs and they both have good deep casts. Both fully organic respectable teams too.
