Who do you trust to be the next Pop/Spo/Kerr?

Lets say your team has a new owner and GM and they agreed that they want to hire one head coach for the long haul. You can get anyone, even current head coaches except the three names mentioned.

Who do you trust for this?

These coaches aren't even given the chance to do this at this point, they literally get a 3 year window before they get canned :lol As has been mentioned, 3 of the last 4 coaches to win a title are now out of a job.

Malone would be my top choice, followed by Nurse, Bud, Udoka & Vaughn.
