In todays league. Super team? If yes how many rings? Who emerges as their best player?

Penny would be their best player.
Then Kemp, then Miller. Just like it was back when they played.
Penny would be a beast in todays league.

Would be a favorite to win. Penny had Jokic level vision and passing ability.

I was thinking their best player would be either Penny or Kemp with Miller being the reliable clutch scorer.
Kemp playing in a league against mostly tweeners would be so much more dominant on both ends. A wide open floor because of spacing plus relaxed dribbling rules would have made him a beast offensively.

Kemp was essentially a better version of Bam.
Bigger, stronger, quicker and jumped higher.

Not to mention he has a nice outside range and would kill on the post. He was just versatile. I can see this trio working really well, barring injuries of course.

Easily a super team. Whatever I think about Reggie as a scorer in his time he will be as close to unguardable as you could realistically be If you don’t let anyone touch him off the ball and tell him he can shoot 13 threes game. That he absolutely must do it for the good of a team. He’d be a comfortable 27 a game even if he were the 3rd best total player among the 3.

I also wonder what Kemp would be now that they’ve eliminated traveling and let people his size carry on every change of direction. He’d been an absolute menace facing up if he could get some discipline on defense and not foul out.

23/13/3... Good defense.
Bigger, better Bam.

Penny and Reggie would make sure that Kemp got his touches and establish him as their first option on offense making him as good as he could possibly be like they did with Shaq and Smits.
Penny slashing, posting up or hitting the midrange J would be a nightmare for opposing guards not used to handle that type of size, athleticism and skilll and the funny thing is that defensively he was almost just as effective.

hmmm NEWS FLASH, Kemp wasn't that good, he just had exciting in game dunks. Kemp couldn't shoot and this isn't a "super team" in my opinion. Prime vs Prime, Kemp wasn't even the player Amare Stoudiremire was (Stoudermire was a much better defender could play the 5). Prime Blake Griffin had a 3 point shot.
Hardaway would be the best player

Suns would probably have a championship or two if Amare played any type of defense outside of highlight reel blocks.
Funny thing is he admitted it himself that he was bad at it
Stoudemire doesn’t argue that his reputation as a poor defensive player was well deserved and seemed to suggest that D’Antoni was indirectly responsible.
‘It was fair,’ he said. ‘I was never taught defense. I just never was taught it in high school and also in the NBA.'

If those other two clowns were half as good as Reggie Miller. They wouldn't have had short careers as star players.
