I knew once bron hit 30 points at half after he hit some lucky 3’s, the game was going to be over.
Going into the locker room he checked his stats and realized he could probably place the blame on others and quit. And that he would continue chucking 3’s after he got his randys to go in.
Just like clockwork it happened exactly like that lmaooo
****ing amazing.

he literally played his heart out
there was no heart left to win the game when they were down by 2 in a 2 for 1 situation
he dribbled the ball until the shot clock ran out and was too scared to take a shot while he was guarding by jokic on the perimeter so he hit potato’d it to swing the ball around to a role player to bail him out
he could have taken the dagger 3, or if he drove in jokic he would be able to draw a foul for sure
no heart, no confidence in either his 3, his midrange jumper, or even his ****ing free throws.

In the 1st half yeah. In the 2nd half no. How many times did Van Gundy and Mark Jackson comment on him not demanding the ball or going in to the post? For no reason at all he stopped doing what was working so great in the 1st half.

Great effort. Actually put the clamps on Jokic a few possessions during the 4th.
The defensive possession on Jamal Murray ~4:00 left in the game....was also pretty nice.
Lebron can't do it alone though. Unfortunately for him, AD only showed up...for like 9 minutes...of the ENTIRE game. He should be embarrassed after tonights effort.

My only criticism of him tonight is he should have been more aggressive offensively in the 4th, but the dude scored 40 and took the defensive assignment on their two best players while playing all 48 minutes at 38 years old. He absolutely played well enough to win.

Game 1: 7 points 1/4 FG 0/2 3PT 5/7 FT
Game 2: 6 points 3/7 FG 0/3 3PT 0/0 FT
Game 3: 7 points 2/6 FG 1/4 3PT 2/3 FT
Game 4: 3 points 1/4 FG 0/1 3PT 1/2 FT
which totals out to 23 points on 7/21 FG 1/10 3PT 8/12 FT or 43.8%TS

It does look like Kobe's 4th Q numbers vs Mavs in 2011
Game 1: 3-7
Game 2: 1-4
Game 3: 2-6
Game 4: 0-2
The sad part is, he wasn't a 38 year old player who was obviously gassed like LeBron was.

no
it boils down to his 3 point fourth quarter
him not challenging jokic when he was guarding bron on the perimeter. using up the entire shot clock go only swing the ball around to a role player to bail him out
there was the no call travel immediately before he launched up the ugliest baseline shot ever that bounced off the side of the backboard
then he got stuffed at the very end of the game

Right, and what did AD do? How about the supposely 3rd leader named Dlo? Or the amazing 15pt 4th quarter Walker. Or the aka Kawhi Leonard light, tied LA record for most points off bench in playoff game Rui Hachimura?

I never took his goat case seriously until I saw how hard haters were living and dying with his big moments. Even at 38, 20 years in he's getting prime, face of the NBA level criticism. And anyone else to ever live in an NBA uni was getting senior citizens passes by that point of their careers.

Nah. It's as simple as this: If he gets lauded for his all-time longevity, then he justifiably should get criticized when he doesn't live up to it.

My criticism of him is that by not accepting being a contributing role player, he's dead weight that drags down the team. Yes, he's 38 years old, and very good for a 38 year old. But that doesn't give him a pass to consistently lose games for his team by taking all the shots that we know he's going to miss in the fourth quarter of close games. He's not that guy anymore, and by pretending he is, it costs the team.
Being a Laker hater, I love seeing it, but if you can't see that the criticism is justified, then I guess that would make you a Bronie fluffer.
