Nope. See that’s the thing. This is not natural to him. He will say whatever he thinks will sound good to the public for his image. As you said, he had to develop it.

To pull that off he at least has to understand the concepts he is portraying. And to understand and casually project repeatedly will cement the ideas as at least partial truths about the issues being spoken on.
