Both players are reportedly eligible for supermax contract extensions.

Per Bleacher Report, "Tatum will be eligible to sign an estimated five-year, $318 million extension in July 2024, and Brown is eligible to sign an estimated five-year, $295 million extension this summer. Tatum is under contract through the 2024-25 campaign and has a player option worth $37 million for the 2025-26 season. Brown is under contract through the 2023-24 season before becoming an unrestricted free agent."

I don't see them keeping Brown, I think Portland is willing to move Dame which opens up Luka or Embiid when those contracts are up.

They should. Two wing players who aren't even at the peaks of their game yet. Continue to build around them, maybe Mazzulla improves with the addition of decent assistant coaches around him. Team could be dangerous.

My guess is that the Celtics will keep the core. I think they should build on this (include keeping Mazzulla as HC but as Wally said, support with better coaching staff) and be competitive for the next few years like TD/Pop with the Spurs.

Same idea with the Warriors. They had Curry/Klay/Dray play for some years and build on that. Warriors have been on top/competitive for so many years.

Celtics don't deserve Brown

He needs to go a team like the Rockets and team up with Harden

doubt it, the less animosity there is about fans attitude towards franchises, the more interested players are at exploring the world and scenary.

if you were a hollywood star, and they told you we'd be filming a movie in Italy and you'll be living a luxurious lifestlye, chances are, you'll say yes.

They really shouldn't pay Brown the supermax. To me he's at the level of Bradley Beal/Demar Derozan. You wouldn't want to supermax those guys.

Tatum yes they should pay him.

there are 2 types of people in this world. one is getting their ass pounded when they think "everyone ought to pan out". the others aren't.
