What a powerful emotion hatred can be. As if all you guys weren't watching when he went down and gloating while he was out. Sometimes surgery is an option, sometimes it's a necessity. Without knowing anything because I'm a fan watching at home I'll assume it's optional surgery or extended light duty and rest to try and avoid it.

And it's not just that you're going to get hurt more, it's that recovery takes a lot longer than it used to. An ankle sprain might affect him for an entire season at 39, while at 25 he could shrug it off and not look any different. He's had issues since he put on a Lakers jersey. Injured every damn year.
