Now if it benefits smaller players like curry, imagine how it makes the game much easier for athletic bigs like lebron.

When they made the rules harder for everyone to score before every star and superstar went to cry to Adam Silver 2 seasons ago, Steph and KD were the only player not being affected. It's hilarious the retards like eliteballer put it on Steph when he's the second most successful player of this generation in the postseason while getting absolutely zero respect from referees during the 2 month timeframe.

Like I said Steph Curry in the 90's would have been Dell Curry.

If Mark Price(smaller, weaker, less skilled than Steph) can manage to have an all star career, I’m sure Curry will be fine. You can’t just magically transport 90’s guards to now and expect them to be better. You think any team right now would want Mugsy Bogues? His defender will be a full foot taller than him with long arms.

Typical attitude of Whitey: This black man only did great things bc I allowed him to.
curry is already overrated as is, and this is the final nail in the coffin lol
both jordan and curry have manufactured / catered to careers.

But if the league made it easier for Jordan and for other players after him, doesn't that benefit Lebron as well, if not more?

Shhh, he obviously hasn't realized that Bran has played most of his career in the softest, most pampered era of basketball ever.

He won 4 MVPs and 2 Chips in the pre-Curry/GSW dynasty era.

That's still after the 2004-2005 rules changes that led Nash to be back-to-back MVPs the first two seasons after. That's all been Lebron's world. Shoe line, endorsements, etc. He basically was born in an environment pre-prepared for him benefitting from the impact of Jordan.

Curry has one of the lowest free throw rates for a superstar ever. Curry is stronger weight room wise by a lot over Reggie Miller and Reggie dominated the 90s playoffs production wise. A tougher Era just means your goons are stronger. Wayne Gretzky dominated hockey and he was a relative lightweight for his sport where guys were smashing each other up way more than basketball.

I kinda agree to be honest in the sense that I don't late 90s was so great (other than the Bulls being fun to watch).
Late 90s was a slog to watch at times.
1990-1993 was the sweet spot of high enough scoring + physical craziness and teams that really hated each other (better entertainment).
1987-1993 I think is the most fun era of the NBA (culminating with all of Jordan/Bird/Magic retiring, at least for MJ temporarily).

Yes. But competition was admitted to be watered-down during that time.
