You know what the crazy part is, Jerry West had 1-8 Finals record but his literal nickname was Mr. Clutch

Larry Bird put up more stinkers in the playoffs than LeBron did and he was known as the most clutch player of his era.

Wilt was seen as an under performing superstar in big moments, first player to blow a 3-1 lead, his '69 & '70 Finals losses were heavily criticized at the time, but OP has him top 3 ever.

The following however are true choke jobs.

Here are Kobe's game seven stats.

44.2 MPG

22.2 points

FG 38.9%

FT 67.3%

8 RPG

5 APG

1 SPG

1.3 BPG

Here are Kobe's stats when facing elimination.

22.3 PPG

5.8 RPG

3.5 APG

1.3 SPG

1.3 BPG

on a 50.3 TS

and his teams went 9-10 in those games.

Let's see. He was 5-1 in game 7s...

Two of those game 7 wins came when he was a 2nd fiddle to Shaq
Two of the other ones came against the Rockets & Nuggets in early rounds, when Lakers were clearly favorites.
The other one he won happened when he shot 6-24 in the Finals

The one he lost? Vs the Suns in '06 where he quit on his team and blew a 3-1 lead.

Gasol stayed in the game in the 4th to stat-pad his point total but it didn't matter anyway. KB had more points than him through 3Q and didn't shoot in the 1 minute he played in the 4th.

Lebron didnt directly choke this year... he just didnt have the bag to pull up on a dime when he could have and went for a rim run instead.

At the end of the day... it all feels random. Ball could've been tipped in out of nowhere with .1 second left on the clock like Derrick white.

Success is extremely fickle.

By your own logic he's a choker.

76 playoff games where he shot 40% or worse.

He shot 40% or worse in 46% of his playoff games.

This is how dumb you sound right now.

Yep, following your typical playbook. When you get destroyed in an argument, create a straw man.

You don't know what choking is, you don't know what an advanced stat is, and you don't know what empty stats are. :lol

You might be one of the most ignorant posters on here. Start here and educate yourself.

Look how fast you resort to trolling and name calling once I come out with facts that make your points look retarded. I actually tried to debate you, but as usual you have nothing to say so you resort back to acting like a toddler.
