That's just Portuguese for Virginia.

I saw something on this from the Why Files (thanks OP for turning me on to that channel, pretty interesting stuff :cheers:) but yeah, lots of witnesses, the Brazilian army and authorities were heavily involved, even the Americans at some point but we get the same old same old, nothing to see here, folks.

I've also read about the events of 1996 now, but to be honest, I don't really believe it.
