his peak capability was about 20 ppg of system points, and only 14 ppg outside the system in 89' or 99'..

Pippen was a 5-assist guy, so that's about 1/3 of what the Jazz needed because the Jazz required goat playmaking, floor generalship and APG from their 2nd best player..

Otherwise they would never even contend.

People forget that Stockton hit the legendary walk-off in Barkley's face in the 97' WCF and averaged 21/11 to lead the Jazz to the 97' Finals.. Meanwhile, Terry Porter shot 53% on threes (6 attempts) and averaged 26/4/8 in the 92' WCF to lead the Blazers to the Finals..

aka most 90's sidekicks were infact 1b's that could dominate and take over with dominant scoring or assists - ONLY PIPPEN couldn't do this and never achieved elite scoring or assists in any series (system player)

Everyone agrees that MJ is the worst judge of talent in history - the GOAT was the WOAT talent-evaluator - this is common knowledge, so his endorsement of Pippen is evidence of Pippen's low caliber, similar to MJ's endorsements of Kwame or Adam Morrison.

The only reason MJ praises Pippen is because Pippen was just enough crap to win with - it didn't matter how badly Pippen played - he was the first player to arrive that was just enough for Jordan to win with.

And see that's the problem with you guys - you punish MJ for winning with the first all-star he ever had, and KEPT winning, so he never needed another one..

MJ set the standard for the least help needed to have a dynasty (1 all-star), and you guys punish him for it, while rewarding guys that needed 5-10 all-star teammates like Kareem, Lebron, Shaq, Magic or Duncan.. But regardless of how many all-star teammates everyone had, no one was capable of multiple 3-peats or 6 chips as the best player regardless of lineup, aka objectively inferior to MJ
