Hack a Shaq. Shaq forced the NBA to changed it's rules in the 2000's. The league and David Stern made Zone defense legal at the start of the 2001-02 NBA Season. Nobody can stop Prime Shaq in the No Zone defense era (1947-2001)"

Interestingly enough they fouled him THAT MUCH because he was a terrible foul shooter. If he shot 70% from the line he might have scored the same number of points which is pretty mindboggling. Of course it is impressive to foul out the entire frontcourt like that.

40 pts on 39 fts lol dat efficiency. I think they soft outlawed hack a shaq. They said u can do it but don’t shit up the league, cuz dudes could have made it way more miserable. The one thing only pop seemed to figure out is u gotta wait til he’s tired or use it to break his offensive or teams offensive rhythm.

I do think something happened to his hand cuz he was “ok” in hs with a moderately normal form. Fts that hit the rim and go in.

Bonus: they really need to outlaw zone again. There is enough talent now. Every team has a one on one guy now, practically.
