Is the state of california as bad as it seems online?
High costs and taxes
Hard to enforce laws e.g. anti anti shoplifting laws
Push for public housing versus profitable enterprises
Plus is it obviously left walking around? That would be nightmarish for me - not the sado machichistic left who love their rainbow coloured angry leftists and stupid parades etc.
I feel for normal people there caught up in the madness.

So you think San Fran is nice? Why? How long have you lived there?

It all just depends where youre at.
There are plenty of nice areas that dont have the stuff going on you read about in the news. And there are shitty areas where “anything goes” and absurdity is the norm. The stuff you hear on the news is usually only relevant in a handful of pockets that get kept fairly compartmentalized from the regular parts of the city.
That said, I still wouldnt prefer to live there. Feel like Id be constantly demonized in social settings for not being woke enough. And this despite my being fairly moderate objectively.
But I was there to visit a few years back, and the city is not in some post apocalyptic state of collapse as is often portrayed. Altho I do support bussing homeless people in need of assistance to San Fransisco from other cities around the country. SF residents pride themselves on tolerance and equality, so they are best suited to caring for transients.

If you think it's a single political party, you're braindead. It has its roots in Reagan putting mental patients on the street.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mental_Health_Systems_Act_of_1980
Then trace the drug war and the influx of highly addictive synthetic drugs from places like Mexico and China and you're going to find these pockets in every major US city, no matter the political leanings of the state.

It always goes back to Republicans! :oldlol:
It's 2023 and this kabar clown is blaming a Republican who was last in office in 1988.

Yes policy decisions have long term effects. Classic braindead response.

So the lack of policy decisions by Democrat governors and Democrat Presidents like Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden have long term effects too then. You know, since 1988 was 35 years ago. :oldlol:
Like, when your brain decided to point the finger at Ronald Reagan, didn't your brain also wonder what the hell Democrats have done to solve the problem?? Or you don't care about that? You only care about blaming Republicans cause that's all you people are good at?

Are you stupid? Bring up actual policy decisions instead of saying their political party you dipsht. Do i have to spell it out to you dumbass?
1. Put mentally ill people on street
2. Create single parent black households in poor areas through drug wars leading to economic barren areas where people survive on illegal activities
This is 3 decades of these policy decisions culminating in these areas. I know your brain is only capable of picking a side and defending it, so it's okay. Anyone reading this understands how stupid you sound injecting political party in every sentence.

Poor kabar doesn't realize I just made him look like a fool. He doesn't understand that Reagan and his policies have been dead for years and that a state like California is run by Democrats now. It is no longer a Red State. So whatever problems California has, they only have themselves to blame. Not Ronald Reagan.

Interesting thanks. So just downtown at least is lost? It looks like a dystopian escape from LA set....
I would not feel safe there. Braindead left loving Biden demented zombies should have to clean up their mess.

If warriorfan says it's nice, then I'm going to assume that it's not all that bad. Just certain sections.

Not Ronald Reagan. :roll:Reagan introduced the corporate tax cuts and de-regulation that still affects us today. He believed in trickle down economics- pump up the wealthy and they'll create, create, create and it'll trickle down to the peasants, but as we see in real life they just hoard it at the top, buy more seats in congress and lobbyists to create more deregulation and so on and so forth. More and more wealth disparity.
He certainly didn't start the snowball, but he definitely gave it the biggest shove downhill.

This is exhibit A of the Poorly Educated Poopsie.
He thinks history plays no role today.
Reagan was the one who shifted the tax burden from the richest Americans to the middle class.
Reagan entered office when America was the highest creditor nation, and thanks to his policies, we are the greatest debtor nation.
Reagan started cutting taxes for the richest Americans, this continues today as the only policy Republican's have outside of culture wars.
