First of all, congrats to Nuggets fans, you deserve this:bowdown:
Second, why should Nuggets be complacent and not go all in on making this thing become the new norm? I think a lot of us didn't understand that Nuggs have been contenders for 3 years now, just were unlucky with injuries.
You have the best player in the world and more important, one that only cares about winning and is by all accounts a great culture guy, a system in himself.
It's ... Tim Duncan and the Spurs, all over again. Jokic is Duncan, Murray is Parker, Malone is Pop. Gordon is Manu.
All Nuggets need to do is keep recruting team players, overlooked talent, who will flourish under a better system. Commit to Malone. Basically guarantee his job for 10 years. Build that culture.
Nuggs should be in a good spot to be a dynasty.
