The answer is obviously yes. He should realistically have the #1 and #2 spots on the GOAT list.
If you take the Cleveland I and Miami half, it is a GOAT level career.
And if you take Cleveland II and Los Angeles, THAT is a GOAT level career.
Remember, Hakeem is often placed Top 10 while having two titles. Each half of Lebron’s career has two titles PLUS way more records and accolades. So if you have Hakeem top 10, you cant argue two rings isnt enough.
You could not do this with MJ for instance, because outside of his six title seasons his career was so unremarkable. 1-9 to start, and finishing with a playoff-less Wizards tenure? You could maybe argue the first half of his career as Top 10, but not the second half when his finals performances dipped and he achieved nothing post-Bulls. You really have to package MJ’s full career into a single GOAT list spot.
But Lebron you could actually place him twice, at #1 and #2.
