they dont need a fire sale, however they do need to do everything they can to get Dame (or Beal if Dame falls through). Herro, Robinson Lowry and pick(s) for Dame should do it.

also need to resign Strus Love Zeller and Vincent - all come cheap. adding a good big is a need too, I'd go for Dwight

Id try to hang on to Jovic. He’s got prototypical everything in terms of measurables. Just lacks polish and experience. He could end up really good.

That starting lineup you proposed is also REALLY small. And expensive.

If the Heat pursue Dame they would almost certainly wanna swap out Herro.

I don't see them signing a big, I think they'll draft one next week and try and find some undrafted ones in the off season. But expect them to stay small and get Russ on a league minimum.
