I mean, why even play college ball and be one of the top players and you get nothing for it.

All of them played at least 3 years in college. They had the entire experience.

If they were good enough to be drafted they would have been, regardless of where they played...

All of them played at least 3 years in college. They had the entire experience.

If they were good enough to be drafted they would have been, regardless of where they played...

You play college ball to make the league. You put up some of the best numbers in college, win player of year awards and such and not even a 2nd round pick.
Most people didn't think Adam Morrison would be a decent NBA player but he got drafted. Lottery pick at that.
These guys could have went in the 2nd round over guys we've never even heard of.

No, you don't. The ultimate goal is to make the league sure. But there are thousands and thousands of kids playing college ball who know that they won't make it. Usually when people stay after 2 years it's understood that they won't be playing at the next level. Doesn't prevent them from working their ass off and playing well because it's a game and it's what they like to do..

Guys like Adam Morrison are a big reason why people aren't drafted high (or at all) based on college production anymore.

A college education is nothing? Now they get NIL money as well. Many opportunities to keep playing basketball outside the NBA

The first three guys are essentially the same. Unathletic, zero offensive game outside of 10 feet, slow footed for the modern NBA defense. Tshiebwe is probably the worse of the three. Council will probably get a 2 way contract (or has already, I haven’t checked. Mike Miles is a midget, if I am thinking of the right guy.

The college game is like the triple A level in minor league baseball. The guys passed up for promotion to the show are usually playing at least a few years older than the average age of their competition. That is the story for a lot of the names on these snub lists.
