Wow, dude actually became a solid player after it looked like he was gonna be a bust. Looks like his career is most likely over.
Last time he played was in January of 2022, he's about to miss 2+ years of ball.

Big Baller Brand.

He has a player option for the 2025 season which I would expect him to opt in.
LA dodged a bullet there by shipping his ass out.

His auntie Crysta' Ball confirmed that he would not have gotten injured in LA.

I saw an interesting mock trade proposal the other day.
Tobias Harris, Furkan Korkmaz, 2029 unprotected 1st for DeMar Derozan and Lonzo Ball.
Who says no?
Modern brandon roy. Gone too soon.

There's a real possibility he might never play again. Injuries really suck

Figured. Hadn’t played since Jan 2022. Rumors in Chicago were for several months he’d never play again.

Would you say yes?
If Harden walks, yes.
If Harden stays, no.
You could take a gamble on Lonzo getting healthy in a year or two.
A team with Lonzo, Maxey, Derozen, PJ Tucker, Embiid looks pretty serviceable coming from nothing.

The worst part really had to happen. The bulls have shown that they can reach a potential ceiling while he was still active on the team. But after he went down, there were little to no adjustments made to compensate for his loss. Thus everything slowly went downhill and they became mediocre since then. Almost kinda like zion for the pels but it truly sucks that he's been out for a longer now.

Not sure if it’s true or not, but apparently his issues stem from wearing those garbage BBB shoes. If true, what a POS his dad is for pushing that on him. All for some money and clout he F’d up his kid’s career.

That has nothing to do with anything, construction and build and technology in Nike, adidas, or more prudent shoes. The BBB brand used a former shoe company looking to get off the ground a few years prior called Brand Black. I think people saying this are facing it purely on speculator claims. Or people just joking around, thinking they know what they’re talking about in terms of shoe performance. But it was obvious Lonzo preferred, and Nike’s, as when his father stopped making him push the brand, and he left it, he had been wearing Nikes for a number of years now.

That's very weird, coach. It doesn't explain why his younger sibling lamelo is prone to injuries as well. Unless they are the same.

If you use google you will see that the Lakers were thinking the shoes were responsible for his injuries when he was still on the roster. The shoes were getting replaced once a quarter because they were falling apart. And that second part is straight from Lonzo's mouth.

But everyone knows he doesn't. :confusedshrug: :oldlol:

This is sad. Hope he's able to get his career back on track. Even if it's not with the Bulls.
And it's sucks because I really felt the Bulld had a chance with Lonzo at the helm
