Calling it now. Yikes. I agree with both higher education decisions but this is a lot of ammo for the democrats to sway idiots(and idiots are swayed by money) this upcoming election cycle especially if Trump becomes the Republican nominee. Conservatives cutting off their nose to spite their face as of late.

If it's Trump I think they win again. Yes.

Anyone else and Biden is toast.

Too many on the right that are anti-Trumpers.

Nope, all Democrats have to do is run with the narrative of a packed and illegitimate court to attack vulnerable Republicans in close districts. Nothing like getting rug pulled 10's of thousands of dollars to motivate people to go out and vote. Then you have the racism dog whistle of the affirmative action decision.

Who on the Republican side would cause Biden to be "toast"? DeSantis is a polarizing figure who's poll numbers have fallen considerably since the midterms. Christie I think would actually be their best chance at getting independent voters and some Dems wary of a 2nd Biden term, but he seems deeply unpopular within his own party. Who else would they have left, Nikki Haley?

I don't think Trump beats Biden either, but the issue for the Republicans is if Trump doesn't get the nom, a sizable portion of his base will probably sit out the election just to spite the GOP, esp if Trump goes with his usual "it was rigged because I lost" routine.

Midterms showed us that the right is heavily divided on Trump but I think the difference is that if DeSantis gets the nod, Trumpers like Chewing will still go out and vote DeSantis. Whereas if Trump gets the nod, the portion of the right who are anti-Trump will not vote Trump.

DeSantis also has the age issue on Biden beat which is huge. Trump does not. He's basically the same age as Biden.

When was the last time USA has two POTUS from the same party in a row? I think it will be a Republican POTUS in 2024 by the logic.

I honestly see it the complete opposite way. I think if Trump loses he is burning the GOP down to the ground. He will claim the primary was rigged, that the party's corrupt, and I think he'll be able to sway many of his supporters to sit out the election.

Imo you're more likely to get Republicans who don't like Trump to vote for him than MAGA's vote for someone else, they are devoutly loyal to him and will listen to anything he says, including sitting out the election.

Off the Court is correct. The anti-Trump wing of the Republican Party will cost this Party the election if Trump wins the Republican nomination by either not voting or voting for Biden. Republicans like me want to win no matter what, so at the end of the day, I don't really care who the nominee is. What Republican in their right mind would want to sit under another 4 years of Democratic leadership?

However, if Trump gets the Republican nomination, and seeing how absolutely shit the first 4 years of Biden has been, I can't fathom how any Never Trumper would not vote for Trump this go around.

Dems should do everything they did in 2020 all over again. Defund the Police, BLM, Antifa, student loan forgiveness, riots, autonomous zones, destruction of statues and monuments, etc. They should even bring back the covid hysteria. It wont work but they should try anyway.

Dems?

Almost everything you listed here happened under Trump by liberals in society.

The only thing you listed that Id attribute to the Dem party is loan forgiveness and bringing that back will win votes from those with loans they can't pay.

If the repubs nominate a moderate to run vs Biden, they would probably beat him. Not Trump-lite DeSantis tho

Considering Biden recently got 81m votes that were all undoubtedly 100% legit (thats 15m more than any other candidate has ever received in US election history), the dems are obvious the favorites to win every meaningful election. Lets pretend for a second that they arent rigging (we all know they are, but just for the sake of argument), if they really managed to trick 81m people into vote for a corrupt and senile diddler, they could probably elect a ham sandwich as the next great dem president.

Voting age population is rising, someone will get more than 81m this time. Whole new crop of youngsters ready to vote.

And if it is between Trump and a ham sandwich you can bet the sandwich is getting their very real votes.

great point. considering the fact that republican popular vote numbers have been relatively stable, it makes even more sense that a senile candidate who couldnt fill a high school auditorium with supporters somehow managed to get 15m more votes than your girl Hillary did 4 years earlier.

These fools honestly think Biden has that many people behind him. I would dare go out on a limb and say that half of his votes came via ballot harvesting.

There is no way Biden wins again.
