Good move for nets. They are armed with draft capital and good young players and more money to spend this summer after shedding joes contract.

Dont see why Detroit in particular wanted him.

Considering his track record as a playoff choke artist Im not sure what value a contender would see in him either tbh.

I guess wanting to bump the regular season win total up a bit is where the Pistons are at now in the rebuilding process.

Pistons seem like they are putting training wheels on their young bigs and guards by trying to gather shooters around them. Burke, bogdan and now Harris.

Pistons have been trash since billups bounced. Doesn’t seem like that’s changing this year.

You say this as if Joe Harris is gonna move to some inner city Detroit ghetto. The thing about blown out and decrepit cities like Cleveland and Detroit is that they are still surrounded by wonderful and safe suburbs. So I think Joe will be fine.

The Nets are basically paying Detroit to take Harris' contract off their hands.
