Would you have called that one?

I guess the shaky interpretation is why flopping techs don’t lead to ejection. You can get 4 in a game and not be ejected. Just gives the other team a free throw and the ball.

On first glance it looked like a flop, but on the replay you can clearly tell he gets elbowed in the face. He legitimately reacted like he was flopping though, even if it was genuine.

He was both hit…and flopping. Most flops do involve contact the contact just doesn’t actually cause the reaction. Seems people are ok with embellishing up to a point to make sure the ref saw it…but a flop is a flop…isn’t it?

Right on. T it up. That is such a bitch way to play. Let's just hope the refs enforce this.

This is gonna be like the NFL reviewing PI calls after the Saints got cheated out of a super bowl.

Ended up backfiring big time for the NFL, could see the same for the NBA.

Good call. His bodily response was delayed and he exaggerated the contact.

they're gonna abuse this call so much. i can tell already. if you're gonna T up guys for flopping, do it for the ones where there is clearly no contact and some dude is flailing to the floor as if he were shot by snipers. but it should not be used for guys who legitimately get contact and embellish it.

Flagrant 1 flop, if called. Play on otherwise.

That deserves not only a technical but Bron should have been suspended multiple games for that shameful display.

I actually like it because it teaches despite the hit, don't try to "sell" the contact

That was only one of many. He does that routinely, and that's not even his most egregious one.
