:lol i am legitimately curious for the shoes as much as i like staring at the cake. my ex showed me the benefit of using flat sole shoes when doing squats and deadlifts, it actually helped me lift more when i changed up the shoes. but the current nikes i have are kind wack for anything else. the ones in the video look comfortable af while being flat.

I could hold my own in the weight room in my day and to a lesser degree still can but I readily admit I’m a ho when it comes to squatting and deadlifts. My technique is shit and I’m downright afraid to put much weight on. Might be mental. I’ve seen a couple people get injured. Stuck with me. I’ll get on the leg press and throw some shit to the moon but I will look like I’ve never been in a gym if you make me do squats.
