Funny how uncoordinated NBA players look when boxing.

I'm sure the Lakers are thrilled to see the most fragile guy in the league boxing.

Funny how uncoordinated NBA players look when boxing.

The match between Ali and Joe Frazier "the thrilla in manilla" had 1500+ punches thrown combined. And if you think about it... throwing a punch with ill intention takes more effort than shooting a basketball. Fighters have unreal stamina.

Yeah, super impressive athletes. The movement and balance and coordination required for boxing are unique just like any sport. It's a sight to see one of the most mobile big men in NBA history lurch around clumsily in the boxing ring. Reminds me of Jon Jones looking uncoordinated on a basketball court.

They only fight like once every 6 months tho. With 1 minute break every 3 minutes. :lol

If basketball players only play a real game once every 6 month, I bet they can play for hours.

Heck the kids in the park near my house play for hours every day.

Wtf? Fighters train in between fights and take a physical beating.

He's training. Your criticism is stupid it's not about the fight it's about conditioning.

Davis is way too soft to be a boxer. He wouldn't even last a round in a hard sparring session.

I don't remember a single game of his where he wasn't doing this.

Trolls will say any kind of stupid thing to criticize. He's conditioning. A pro basketball player that had made hundreds of millions of dollars isn't going to jeopardize his health getting hit on the face by real fighters. He is training. Boxing is good cardio.

Yeah, but youre insinuating prize fighting aint $h!t conditioning-wise vs ballers. Thats mental dishonesty.

Kinda OT but i played golf years ago with Tony Thompson who was a heavyweight contender at the time. He said the fights themselves weren't a problem as far as taking a beating. He said it was the sparring that really takes a toll on fighters, especially in terms of concussions.

Yea I was gonna say it goes both ways. Most fighters looks gross doing anything else athletic.

People want to see AD 'work on his game', but its more about his effort. And consistency.

That was the big knock on him this last postseason. This vid is all about conditioning. Can't be mad at that lol

Uncoordinated or not, it doesn't explain why ad is frail compared to other similar guys in the league. Being tough is something he could improve upon on.

He's too soft when facing real power forwards and centers.

People place him in the TOP5 of the league when he is healthy and in the Conference Finals against Jokic daddy he disappeared from the map.
