He's basic, but he's effective. Jokic makes flashier passes, but he also makes more turnovers. Both are very good passers, but I say Haliburton's better because he overall makes higher IQ plays.

Both are good. On hal tho, you already expect him to be one for his size but the fact that joker also does a job on it well while being bigger makes him more interesting.
