If any of you guys follow arm wrestling, then you know who Schoolboy is and you know that he's probably the best arm wrestler in the world right now. Has no muscle definition, but he has core strength and the best technique around. This is a more recent video of his, but you can go back 5 years or so when he was a lot skinnier and he was still dominating these body builders and winning all his matches.

I'm familiar with Schoolboy. The guy is a competitor. I know he had a major injury when he was like 12, so took up arm wrestling. 6'5"

what does your psychiatrist think about you watching youtube 12 hours a day? i would think they do not approve of it given your obsessive tendencies since you're on the spectrum.

They have weight classes because size and strength is always more important than technique.
That dude in the video is strong as **** but yeah he knows how to use leverage. It's not like he's 150 pounds though lol

I arm wrestled several times the Wisconsin arm wrestling champion (a lady)
first thing she would always say to me I don't want to hurt you.
Did not matter , she pinned me in like 7 seconds or less.
I was amazed at her technique , it was lightning fast... probably had similar strength as I had , but it was all technique.

This video shows us his actual strength. So for a guy that's not as huge as your average Russian bodybuilder, he's just as strong if not stronger than all those guys. In this video though, you can see that he and his older brother have massive forearms. Reminds me of the best arm wrestler of all time in John Brzenk. Not an overall big guy, but his forearms were like Popeye's. When I go to the gym, I focus on forearms a lot for that reason. Gives me way more strength than just focusing on shoulders and bi's.

Technique beats size and strength....with no technique. But strength + technique beats technique with less strength.
