Remember when people used to say this?

One of the truths about basketball, if you’re a good team, you find a way to win in the 4th. Bad teams let leads slip and fail to execute in the clutch.

Then came Bran and the Lake fam.

Then came the talking heads.

“It was a CLOSE series, a narrow sweep!”

Dafuq out with that shit.

Yall shatteth the bed four times.

“Cousin Greg can be the third best player on a championship team”

Is you falkin kidding, moi?

“That Lake v Nuggs series could have gone either way.”

Stop, just stop.

It WASN’T close, Lakers aren’t ‘almost there.’

You’re a media darling who cannot execute when it matters.

You're chatting a bish up at the club but she’s going home with dat dude, not you.

Stop it

Good teams win close games

Well Nuggets lost a few close games too so were they suddenly a bad team?

A narrow sweep sounds funny. That Toronto fan/Lebron stan was spamming saying 'It was the closest sweep in NBA history'. LMAO talk about a moral victory.

I don't think that's correct, the Boston Nets series was decided by 18 points while Lakers Nuggets series by 22 or 23.

Won many, don’t be a contrarian, its counter productive

Your lack of knowledge is not an indicator of intelligence. This premise is so GD dumb its laughable.

“I don’t know something so its dumb”

Hahahahaha

There's obviously a huge amount of middle ground between being a good and bad team here. The Nuggets were a great team that executed perfectly for the most part in clutch situations. Just because they outdueled the Lakers there doesn't make the Lakers then a bad team.

They just executed better. Next time it could go differently. If you're close enough to have 4 close games then small tweaks can make a difference.

The best teams close out because they lock in, execute, and have another level they can hit that may not be sustainable over more than a few possessions.

Well, they have to find some way to console themselves over the fact that LeShrivel got swept like a dirty chimney.

The logic isn't sound.
