The most egregious one is how there's no term limit for the Supreme court. The worst part is, those are filled based purely on arbitrary timing, just whoever happens to be President when one of them retires or dies. And they're in that spot for life, not even any campaigns to run or elections to win. Coney Barrett and Brown Jackson are going to be there for 30+ years.

The implications of the Supreme Court are far greater than some ancient Senator, but I have a strong feeling that Liberals would never agree to term limits if they were in the majority in the Supreme Court. I'm definitely open to a conversation about the Supreme Court.

As a Bipartisan voter , I have stated this for years term limits should start at the state level as well as the Fed level.

I am on a county board , and started my term 2 years into a 3 year term. I re-upped for a 3 year term , and will relinquish my position

Congress position same as above
Senate position 4 year term , with a max term of 5.
Alderman 2 year term with max of 4 years.
