Minnesota used the fifth and sixth picks in the draft to take point guards Ricky Rubio and Jonny Flynn. With Curry still available, the Warriors drafted the scoring machine out of Davidson.

I remember uncle (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/member.php?373-tontoz) telling here before about a fun fact that stephen curry was the fifth overall pick in 2009 or something like that and that the wizards originally had that draft pick years prior to that draft year but traded it away bt. Is it really true?? :confusedshrug: :biggums:
