Would you use this 'kill' button? How many times?

So for your 25th birthday you get this 'kill' button that can be used once a year. If you use it, a person that you choose will watch someone he/she love the most die a very horrible death. i.e you use it on your tyrant boss, maybe he watch his daughter get gangraped to death by ten burglars. Usual stipulations apply like you cant tell anyone or you can't choose like Putin or Clinton for example. Has to be personal.

Would you use it? Would you even accept the gift?

I would take it, but I would probably never use it. Tyrant boss? Find another job. I mean maybe if I found out a neighbor or relative was a serial killer and the button was the only way to stop them, then maybe.
