For me, it's easily Vince Carter. Watching a 15-minute highlight tape of this guy will make you think he was as good as anyone...and maybe his talent was as good as anyone. People always focus on his dunks (and yes he is a GOAT dunker), but VC always made insane jumpers and layups too. My runner up pick for best non-GOATs highlights is interestingly enough Tracy McGrady. Really wish TMAC in his Orlando days actually was able to play with some talent cause my god he could do everything.
T-Mac's 3 year playoff stretch he was putting up 32/6.5/6 with 1.5 stls, 1.2 blks on 26.6 PER and 9.3 BPM (yes I know these are all first round series). His efficiency wasn't too great (53.5 TS%), but he literally had NO ONE to help him out. Dude was putting up insane production while his second options were barely scoring double digit points.
