View Full Version : Unthinkable: Over a 20 year span, Lebron wins a conference chip 50% of the time.

In a league with more teams AND more talent than ever, this dude is winning conference chips every other ****ing time a season happens.

As opposed to say, winning 6 of them over the course of 18 years or so (since “retirements” count as failed seasons).

So let that sink in.

For twenty years, LeRouletteWheel lands on “FINALS TRIP” 50% of the time.

Incredible.

All you ****ing haters KILL YOURSELVES!!!!!!!!!

He hits a Zero quite often in the finals, if we're talking in roulette terms.

He was a 1-trick pony like Iverson or Dwight until he put the top 3 first options in the conference on 1 team!!!!

so gtfo... his 10 Finals are a function of him diluting his conference and consolidating power on 1 team - the definition of stacking the deck

the amazing thing is how his skillset and shit brand of ball still yielded perennial underdogs and losers despite super-team help - losing so many times with super-teams is a clear-cut demonstration of bad brand of ball.

Before he started team hopping Lebron had 1 Finals appearance that he got swept in while playing horribly.

It's not hard to make Finals when you team up with star talent in a ridiculously weak conference.

Really not unthinkable at all when you look at the stacked squads he's teamed up with.

Who other than Lebron has ever led a super team to the lottery?

uh, 4 of lebron's 10 conference championships are tied to wade and bosh's crippled asses. jordan has 0.00 championships as a first option without pippen. and that goes for every level of organized basketball he's played. he failed in hs as his teams best player, he failed miserably in college as his teams best player, and he failed every season of his nba career...again...without scottie. one has to wonder who was really the bulls most important player.

* Wade/Bosh > Pippen

* Kyrie/Love > Pippen

* AD > Pippen

Yet Lebron only has 4 titles - he's a joke compared to MJ

2 decades confirms that Lebron isn't capable of a 3-peat, dynasty or 6 chips WITH ANY LINEUP, aka objectively inferior to MJ (vastly)

By that logic, it's also reasonable to say that the warriors were conveniently gifted with an unobstructed path to three consecutive finals after kd got there. Without him, they aren't likely to have made it in 2018.

He would of only made it to the finals four times if he was in the west. The other six teams that beat Lebron in the finals would of beaten him in the Western conference playoffs instead of the finals

He switches teams like a business person changes underwear daily.
