You can't knock the confidence! He won't get in, obviously. But I think there are far worse players that think they should be a HOFer.

Andre Drummond: "I used to play 40 plus minutes, I was a star, All-Star, All-NBA, I've done it. Half of Fame Candidate. Best Rebounder Ever... I'm pretty sure I'm in the top 20 for being in the Hall of Fame."

I don't think he's a HOF but he's definitely a historic rebounder. Every 4x+ Rebounding Leader has made the HOF. He would be the first on that list not to.

Even if you extend it to including 2x Rebounding Leaders him and DeAndre Jordan would be the only ones not to make the HOF.

You’ve made threads like these a few times, players will always believe they’re the best/HOFers even when it’s an absurd take. It’s honestly not even surprising.

I take more umbrage at him claiming to be the best rebounder ever than claiming to be a hall of famer.

Detroit would have been good in a crappy conference if he was a HOFer

He's not close. Guys like Buck Williams or Vin Baker Dan Majerle won't even sniff the Hall and they were much better players.
If Drummond played in the 90s, he'd be Michael Cage or Tyrone Hill.

Laimbeer isn't in and Andre's resume doesn't match his
And that's despite going 3-1 against jordan in the playoffs.
