Why the league ever allowed the ball to be carryed is beyond me.

As pro's we like to see elite offense an defense , but the simple act of dribbling has fanished !!!!!!!!

Carrying the ball on a dribble has allowed bigs to dribble the ball up the court as well as take advantage of defenses.
Wish the league would penalize players that do that , step backs and cross overs would become elite again.
