If AI actually functions properly, its going to recognize the fact that the fact majority of gun deaths are not from school shooters or white nationals or people who are carrying because they filled out the correct legal paperwork... statistically speaking the vast majority of gun crimes are committed by specific ethnic groups in specific cities and the only way an AI can get around this fact is if its programmed to ignore reality

This is correct, unless we consider school shootings or other public shootings like at malls/work places, then white nationals would be targeted.
