The whole interview is comedy but 4:09 was favorite.

He basically asks Adams if it's fair to criticize his current stance on immigration given his past comments and his willingness to declare NYC a sanctuary city.

Adams breaks down and reverts to default NPC 1.0 software... blaming far right Trump supporters and spewing a randomized, algorithmic word jargon.
