Totally using 8ball's idea from the other thread, because I think this would make for a very interesting discussion.

Throw out which performances you think were the biggest in franchise history.

:lol

Warriors - Curry - Game 4 vs Boston finals

Nets - Kevin Durant's 49/17/10 vs Bucks - Probably the greatest individual performance in NBA playoff history.

Miami Heat - LeBron James Game 6 Boston.

Cleveland Cavs - LeBron 47 points against Detroit scoring 25 straight or something - I think Kyrie's 41 point game 5 vs Warriors 2016 is also one of the greatest performances ever for Cleveland.

Chicago Bulls - Jordan game 6 finals in 1998.

There's a whole bunch more from other franchises but I'll let someone else do it.

Just going off the top of my head

Blazers: Walton Game 6 1977 Finals

Pistons: Isiah Game 6 1988 Finals

Suns: Barkley 1993 WCF Game 7

Sixers: Iverson 2001 Finals Game 1

Heat: LeBron 2012 ECF Game 6

Cavs: LeBron 2016 Finals Game 6

Nets: Durant 2021 ECSF Game 5

Bucks: Giannis 2021 Finals Game 6

Warriors: Curry 2022 Finals Game 4

For some of the others, it'd be some game from Jordan, Hakeem, 2011 Dirk, 2019 Kawhi & Jokic, though no single performance truly sticks out to me from them.

Lakers & Celtics would be the toughest. Off the top of my head I'd probably go with Russell's 30/40 Game 7, for the Lakers, I honestly can't decide between Magic's Game 6 or Worthy's Game 7.

For the Clippers, it might dead ass be Terance Mann :lol

I feel like Kobe's 62 vs the Mavs is almost forgotten. Unfairly so. Not saying it's necessarily the best but just wanted to mention it.

A.D. tying Wilt's record of 28 FT in a game for the Jazz. Also has the 3rd and 4th best totals ever!

I always try and think of something for the Celtics, thinking Bird in the 80s, Pierce in the late 2000s or Tatum now, but I know there's something from the Celtics in the 60's or 70's that I would have no idea of. Well before my time.

Most recent would be Pierce's 41 points against the Cavs in 2008, but I'm sure Bird had some insane stat lines in the playoffs. Same with Russell.

Not surprised everyone pushing Lebron in but greatest Heat performance could be one of Wade's games in the 2006 Finals.

The 2012 ECF Game 6 was a blowout win but a bunch of those 2006 Finals games were nail-biters. The Heat needed every one of Wade's points to win.

Wade's performance in that finals is one of the greatest performances ever. Lebron hasn't done anything comparable. Few have

This.

Kobes 81 or 62 through 3 quarters were the best. He outscored a Finals level contender in Dallas all by himself.

This is probably the most undebate-able one.

Dirk vs OKC in 2011... 48 points on 94 TS%.

And he did it on Ibaka who was a super athlete defender.

Suns is Barkley 56 points game 3 1st rd 1994 against the Warriors.

Nah, it was his 44 & 24 WCF game 7 in 93.

The in the 94 game against the Warriors, he obviously played an amazing game, but the Warriors made it easier for him by refusing to double him all game.

Also, the opposition was better and stakes higher in the 93 game 7.

That game 7 is the easy pick for casual fans, but it was completely tainted by the refs. That’s a rigged game for sure.

This is actually a pretty good call. Bron was unstoppable in that game.

Not doubting him or anything. But it's easy for some stars to produce those kinds of stats when they have trash teammates.

Milwaukee has some nice ones.. but that game was undeniably the best performance from anyone player in the Bucks franchise and quite possibly top 3 in all of the NBA history
