At this point, given all the evidence and surveillance footage, insisting that Jan 6 was an actual attempt at insurrection with the intent to overthrow the country's leadership... is FAR more wacky and improbable than insisting it was a staged and manipulated event.

Sounds like the only reason he was charged to begin with was so that he could conveniently sue Tucker Carlson and Fox News for claiming he wasn't charged. Otherwise why take three whole years to wait and charge him for something as frivolous as disorderly conduct?
