I guess he reeeeeeaaaaaaaally wanted Lillard on his team. Considering Lillard's childish behavior in saying he won't play unless he goes to Miami, I'm glad it didn't work out.

They have a better team than they did in 2020 for sure. Bam is absolutely solid, and they have some decent role players in Lowry, Martin, ect., but I doubt anyone sees them actually winning a championship with their current roster. They've been massively overachieving, thanks mostly to Butler.

Bam is the only all star he's been playing with in miami and compared to the help other guys have that's weak. The Bucks now have Dame, Middleton, Giannis, Lopez and elite role players. They're a super team basically.

Maybe you were told but I never thought the Heat were talented outside butler and to a lesser extent Bam. But having Middleton and Dame is way better not to mention Lopez probably the best stretch 5 of all time. You're underrated what butler had to do to upset the Bucks twice. He morphed into MJ in those series.

I don't even think dame fits nearly as well on Mia, which is the funny part. Having Giannis + Brook who can still play D and also is superwet considering... it's a totally diff ballgame than having Bam in there trying to do something. This is a heavenly match. I think it's kinda funny to trade him to a team that is gonna body bag Miami, but it's fair play.
