He's certainly GOATed at what he did offensively. There's only 2-3 guys ever with that kind of consistent shot-making ability.

Great video! This really is the best ball channel on YT.

One thing I'd mention is that Dirk's free throw rates might be a bit higher than expected due to technical free throws too. All elite free throw shooters get one here and there to bump their scoring efficiency up.

How was he good? Simply comes down to favoritism and better looks when it's no secret that Detlef Schrempf was and is the better ball player. Dirk is on record in the Deutsche Zeitungen crediting Schrempf for his overall basketball game. That cannot be overlooked.
