I’m 38, still play regularly and play in the non decrepit old man league with 20 something year olds and can still give work and buckets. I played on a friends mens league team for 40 and up … it was way too easy.

Nah, I stopped years ago. I'm nearing forty and mostly play blacktop during summer and pick up during winter. A had some injuries the past 3 years, and worktimes interfere. Playing organized puts some sort of pressure on me don't I just don't care fore anymore.

I have different things to do than to train and follow some timetable I cannot meet most of the time anyway.
