When Nike took over the production of jerseys, there have been a few memorable city editions like the Lakers 'black mamba' jersey's, Miami's vice city jerseys, Utah jazz sunset version and phoenix 'the valley' unis. But at this point they are completely out of ideas and have driven the concept into the ground. Latest set is pretty uninspiring. Minny's is okay. Utah is the best one but that's only because it's a rehash of a retro jersey. The rest look like Walmart imitation unis. way too many black jerseys.

I actually like the Suns "El Valle" one. They took The Valley branding/sunset gradient and made a shoutout to the Mexican-American culture in Phoenix with the Spanish translation and the lowrider classic car paint-job styling, including the pinstriping down the sides. The small pic doesn't do it justice.
They need more City edition jerseys that actually keep a common theme/brand going. I think that's a big issue with most of them... they're often so random every year.
Also it's usually annoying when they have ones that don't feature the team colors at all. Like I hated the turquoise Suns ones last year, they didn't feel like Suns jerseys.

Lakers and warriors look like they were designed by special ed kids. Rockets looks like a division III community college team uniform. Clips looks like a logo for a bar of soap or menstraul pads

The Jazz is alright. Certainly better than the bright yellow and black crap that look like practice jerseys

The only good one that looks good is the Utah one.
