NBA League Pass- Game Break?

When I watch games on League Pass, it interrupts the game with a blue screen "Game Break". I cannot fast forward or skip past it. It says Ad 1 of 1 in the corner. This only started happening recently. I didn't see it before.

In this case, I was watching a game that was played yesterday. The whole video was there so theoretically I should be able to skip past it and start seeing the game again. Even if there were ads there on the TV broadcast. Seems odd I'm paying for League Pass but they stop my ability to watch the game. It's not even a real ad, just a blank blue screen.

I should note I'm watching internationally (from outside the US). However I did that last year and don't recall these Ad/Game Break stoppages.

These companies don't deserve money for providing worse services while attempting to milk consumers of every last digit. The advertising bs and lack of ****s given for willing paying customers has become ridiculous.

I have noticed this also, it is a new feature they have implemented this season.

I mostly watch only live games these days, but if you watch on the TV app you can't change the games you are watching during the commercial. The only work around is if you change the game you are watching before the game break. I personally try to do this as soon as a timeout is called to avoid the commercial.

I honestly wouldn't have a huge problem with it if the commercial was a legit advertisement from a sponsor. I can understand them trying to make extra money as a business but they are just NBA promotions like NBA cares and all that sort of bullshit. I don't really think it is that necessary, like I have already paid for the NBA league pass, I can't buy some school Tyrese Maxey for a day.

I'm a grown adult that can afford it, so I don't mind forking out money for League pass but I can understand why people still refuse, especially if they are struggling for cash and the below average service they provide.
