Currently a free agent.

Feels like just yesterday he was considered a star. Actually doesnt feel that long ago he was having a sensational rookie year and heralded as the next mega star.

He’s very skilled and Im sure even now still has some hops. The problem was always those alligator arms, he just has to work so hard to get shots off over defenders inside, and his outside shooting was never a strength.

That said, the Lakers should sign him ASAP and LeElevator will literally uplift him back to all-NBA status again. I actually think they would fit REALLY well together if Blake still has any spring left in his legs.

He has the weird arms and he’s lost his bounce for along time now. Some guys posted the video of where he dunked only once or twice in a whole season not too long ago.

He just seems done. Last healthy season was 2019 and he dropped 24.5ppg, and been a steady decline since. Don't see any place for a near 35 year old version of him in today's league ,not playing meaningful minutes or role anyway.

Only Lebron James is immune to aging.

I remember his windmill dunk at Oklahoma as if it was just yesterday.

This. lol @ OPs comments on he was a star yesterday. I think the small-ball trend hurt him a lot, his game doesn't fit in today's game anymore. If he had played in another era, he would have been an all-star 10+ times.

He was actually pretty respectable for the Nets. He had completely changed his game and became a hustle and 3 guy and it was fun to watch. Drawing charges seemed to be his calling card.

He doesn't have much left but someone with his shooting ability and desire to do those little things definitely has a role somewhere.

He definitely doesn’t look immune to it. You clearly don’t watch

He sure misses a lot of games compared to a few years ago

He is not in his prime anymore but his longevity is ridiculous. He looks like he can be a quality starter for 3 more years at least. He has to be on something though.

Looks like 2023 is the closest year he ever gets to the finals and it took him to be more than 30 to reach so.

I bet he could contribute for a contender just fine.

The NBA is just weird and a league of followers.

Westbrook looked cooked until he wasn't. Melo was persona non-grata and then played 2 productive seasons.

The NBA being a younger league today likes to stack its benches with prospects though and most of the teams are not trying to win for real.
