Luka is great, but way too ball dominant. He's Harden/Westbrook level of ball dominance at that's too much.

Luka is legit GOAT-level talent type guy, but his playstyle is not ideal.

It's very different from guys like Magic or Lebron being ball dominant.

I'd take Booker right now if Booker can keep up this level of play - he was legit like MJ on offense in the playoffs last year.

Butler was a borderline star vs the Nuggets in the finals, who Booker absolutely torched. Buckets was phenomenal in g4-5 vs Milwaukee, but pretty ordinary outside of that(by superstar standards of course).

Kawhi hasn’t done anything. Dude doesn’t play enough games, can’t just give him benefit of the doubt all of the time like this, and even then Booker had several playoff performances that were better than Kawhi’s 2 games.

I agree. Booker has become a lot closer to Luka as a playmaker/ shot creator than Luka is to Booker playing off the ball. I still think Luka’s better so far this season, but I can see where you’re coming from.

Yes. And? He had a couple of hot shooting nights which its easier to do playing with KD and CP3. Kawhi and Jimmy had multiple playoff years where they proved they were among the best players in the world in every possible way. Booker a good shooter. Whoopty doo. His defense sucks, his game is ugly to watch and hes still a mental midget. The guy is much closer to Lavine than to Butler/Kawhi. And Ant can eat a guy like Booker for breakfast, Booker can dream of having his athleticism, mentality and defensive skill.

Booker was the leading scorer in the playoffs last year with a TS of 69% while also averaging 7 assists. He had his best games after CP3 got hurt.

Kawhi has been MIA the last two years. Butler plays on cruise control too often when that team desperately needs scoring.

Personally I wouldn't put Booker top 5 but it isn't a big reach.
