You are saying shooting %'s across 15 games are equivalent to shooting %'s from a full season when you say welcome to the club.

The weekly award ladders are comparing players equivalently as the season progresses. The player who is on top of the mvp ladder after 15 games does not have stats frozen in time and welcomed to the mvp club.

Pretty much.

He's definitely more mobile than Dirk and has better handles. A lot of his offense is just catch & shoot with SGA & Giddey feeding him for easy looks, which is why he's so efficient. He's not creating most of his stuff. He's assisted on more of his shots compared to a young or a prime Dirk, but that's expected given the cast he's playing with. Dirk was a one-man offense and could carry a mediocre cast by himself, we might never see Chet in a situation where he's expected to do the same.
